Saudi Arabia plans to welcome an international cinema operator to the country. Over the last 35 years, Saudi citizens had to travel to other countries to watch movies, but beginning in 2018, Saudi Arabia will permit movie theaters to operate in the country, part of fulfilling the Saudi Arabia 2030 Vision. This action will assist in boosting the country’s economy outside of the oil industry.
