According to the Global Trade Barometer by WorldFirst, value of international trade of UK SMEs is 17% less on average per currency transaction in Q1 2017 than in Q4 2016. SMEs site concerns that include rising inflation, lowered consumer spending, currency volatility, fickle government policies and rising business rates.
